Kazi respects your privacy and provides users with a way to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
You may submit a deletion request using the form below. The form will prepare an email to Kazi Support with the information you provide.
1. Deletion Request Form
Please complete the form below to submit your account deletion request. Required fields help us verify and locate your account.
2. What Will Be Deleted
After we verify and process your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your Kazi account, where required by applicable law.
This may include:
- Account profile information
- Login identifiers associated with your Kazi account
- Saved account preferences
- Generation history linked to your account, where applicable
- Uploaded content and generated content linked to your account, where applicable
- Other personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and technical limitations
3. What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Retained information may include limited records related to:
- Purchase or subscription verification
- Fraud prevention and security logs
- Legal compliance records
- Customer support communications
- Information that has been anonymized or de-identified
Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. Guest Login
Kazi may provide guest quick login for convenient access. Guest account data may be temporary or device-based.
If you use guest login, some data may be stored locally or linked to a temporary identifier. Guest account data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear local data, change devices, or fail to bind the guest account to another login method.
If you contact us about a guest account, please provide as much information as possible, such as device model, approximate usage time, and app version, so we can make reasonable efforts to assist you.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Deleting your Kazi account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions or purchases managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through the app store where the purchase was made.
Kazi cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify subscriptions managed by Apple or Google. Refund and billing decisions are handled by the applicable app store according to its own policies.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period. Processing time may vary depending on request volume, account verification, technical requirements, legal obligations, or the need for additional information.
